mitsubishi2MQTT and Alexa via matterbridge

Hi,

I have integrated my AC via mitsubishi2MQTT. Within Home Assistant I can fully controll it.
The AC is also exposed to Alexa via matterbridge which in generall is working. The only problem is that I cannot tell Alexa to switch it on or off via voice - I am the getting told this feature is not supported. I can turn the mode to heating or cooling by voice and also set the temperature.
Manually changing the mode to off on the other hand is possible in the Alexa App.
The developer of the matterbridge tells this is not a Matter issue: https://github.com/Luligu/matterbridge-hass/issues/55
So assume it possibly could be related to MQTT.
Does anybody use mitsubishi2MQTT as well with a working Alexa integration?
The device is autodiscovered in Home Assistant.

Hello FistandantilusDD,

I don’t use Alexa, but I know if I want to control something with Google or any other voice thing, you have to expose the entity to that voice device then it at least has a chance to be controlled.

Open your Home Assistant instance and show your voice assistants.

Hi,

it is visible in Alexa and partially controllable via voice. Only on/off commands are not working.
