Hi all, I’m specifically looking into mmWave radar beyond standard Home Assistant integrations. Has anyone here worked with raw radar data from mmWave sensors and used a vendor SDK or custom processing pipeline ?
- Which sensors/platforms actually expose usable raw data?
- Did you use vendor SDKs (e.g. HLK, TI, etc.) or your own algorithms?
- How does the accuracy compare with the built-in (black-box) presence detection?
I’m less interested in out-of-the-box HA integrations and more in low-level access + algorithm flexibility. Any experience or pointers would be really helpful.
