I have set up monitors for our mobile usage we all use Samsung Galaxy phones.
For one of the phones the usage does not match what the phone reports
for example this phone says it has used 0.9 gig in the last week on mobile data. This is set up as a utility meter that resets daily
It’s first thing in the morning, data was on for 5 min only.
The raw data also does not look correct as it resets at random times
Why is this?
Well, if you are graphing what you think you are graphing, I don’t see where Home Assistant can solve anything here for you.

- Is your question ‘How to graph?’, you seem to have figured that one out.
