Hello all,

Anybody connected Mobotix cameras, Tried all generic options but no luck.

pointer in the right direction would help.

Not sure, what you are looking for. I got a Mobotix S15 the other day as a door bell. Have the camera live image included (as generic camera):

configuration.yaml:

  • platform: generic
    still_image_url: !secret MOB_still_url
    name: Haustuer

secrets.yaml:
MOB_still_url: http://“username”:“password”@“local-ip-address”/record/current.jpg

note: fill your details in between the “” and drop them.

Hope this helps, works flawlessly here.

I will try to get events working during the next weeks. If you have made any progress, it would be grreat if you could share.

I wanted to ask whether your Mobotix camera will also work after the update HA core-2021.3.0?
Today after update HA Core to core-2021.3.0 my Mobotix camera doesn’r work anymore.

Has anyone here managed to include activities from Mobotix into HA? I never achieved that…

Update went through. Camera still works.

To my knowldge I have not changed anythin in the setup but can double check tonight or during the weekend.

I restart my camera and now it works!
