Modbusproxy over Modbus RTU (RS485)

Hi guys,

sorry my english is not the best.

I have a question if anyone has got a modbusproxy running over modbus RTU. My inverter has a RS485 interface and my computer where I run HA has also a RS485 interface. So i want to connect them and share the date over TCP to other clients.

All modbusproxy I found always share modbusTCP to modbusTCP.

There are Modbus2 RTU converter available.
Usually, they are good to use for one RTU device.

It is also possible to use modbus2mqtt.
Just configure the Modbus RTU Bus and enable the TCP bridge.
This works for all slaves connected to the Modbus RTU device.
