I have a few Moes go devices that work on zigbee.

Im using HASS in a virtual machine on Windows with a Sonoff USB 3.0 Zigbee.
Thanks

I haven’t heard of MoesGo, but if the same as Moes, some work.
Here is a good non-official link for looking at what works with ZHA. That same site let’s you look at ZigBee2mqtt, if you’re using that.
Yes it’s Moes. Apologies.
But I’m confused. I’ve paid one Moes remote. However it doesn’t seem to function correctly.
How do I configure it?
Which device precisely. What errors? What logs?
Read these two sections in ZHA docs:
https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha#knowing-which-devices-are-supported
https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha#zha-exception-and-deviation-handling
Summery; try joining/pairing the the device in ZHA and if it is not fully working then post a new devices support request issue with the device signature to → https://github.com/zigpy/zha-device-handlers/issues
Thanks all.
I deleted the devices and re added them after seeing they were on the compatible list.
Seem to be working fine now
@liamb FYI, joining/pairing and device interrogation can partially fail due to interference or bad reception so be sure to read and follow → https://github.com/zigpy/zigpy/wiki/Generic-best-practice-tips-on-improving-Zigbee-network-range-and-general-stability
