Monoprice 10761 Add media_player.join and unjoin functionality

Currently the Monoprice AMP 10761 does not support the media.player_join and unjoin functions.

The ability to add and remove zone quickly via HA is the last critical function (in my opinion) that puts this hardware on par with Sonos, BlueSound, etc.

How is that different than simply selecting the same source for the relevant zones?

Technically it isn’t, but the group function is way more intuitive in my opinion.

AND

The operation of adding a zone to the group which then turns on the zone and changes the source is a single step.
