Did you restart the NUC? Or give it some time before restarting?
Yeah, shutdown, unplugged sonoff, replaced extension cable etc etc 
Got it up and running now, but have to repair everything, unless there is a way to import old zigbee db?

Things seems to have stabilized now after fw update, had to re-pair everything.
And a few new issues arised, I have quite a few Elko thermostats, which fails to report a few values after adding them again, might be due to new zigbee channel maybe? As they supposedly only support channels up to 15? ELKO 4523430 control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT Most controls work, but things like local temperature just gives an error when I try to refresh it.

Just a small update, no issues so far. However, the magical 30d border is not crossed yet. Wish you all a nice and calm end of the year, and Merry Christmas! if you celebrate it
