Motion and Door sensors with built-in sirens

Hi,

I can’t find any information online on compatibility of these relatively new to the market motion and door sensors with built in sirens:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/354821736832?_skw=tuya+pir+siren&itmmeta=01JS473NS8C8SC95XS2W1S438X&hash=item529d060980:g:GOYAAOSwqttkeEmk&itmprp=enc%3AAQAKAAAA8FkggFvd1GGDu0w3yXCmi1f%2FQGM09JsIhCPx5%2B2tBOFe3%2FICmpxa6%2FNNg7q2%2BloqFsnULpzvOeGijVSO3atSMBq4RmlA%2F8wq6LBQjwWS9m7PqJrvnPbggEck6O3fZl3ESegL1flkgcNVhoVQB56qt3yvkQlAF%2Bl7EH%2F14bdmBD9%2FGG4XXIoh08RmTc6%2FcaKTa%2Bj3S2A8YSJ0yEja9W%2F0Vfrd8LjabrYxOmzKsm7wFguCmRS1r90UN12i6WIPYeB%2FPV5jdToDKpL4xFz8U%2FcARcmzFeHaQ16Oc89i6wAYVjeVsBMg703pLn%2FEu3a3JGZfUQ%3D%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR-bcjofJZQ

If compatible to trigger the sirens independently, and use the sensors without the sirens triggering by default, I would not have to install standalone sirens around the house.

Also, remote triggering of the sirens in Tuya smoke alarms? Is it possible?

I would appreciate any insight.

Those you have listed are not zigbee based but tuya wifi based and will be cloud reliant. I would stay away from those using tuya wifi as the moment your internet goes down they are non responsive.

Adjusted the title to reflect the subject.

Ah yes, you’re right. I am not sure if the Zigbee ones with the siren exist. I would be willing to use these WiFi ones if not.

less than a 2s search and the first result:

Or you can use a separate Zigbee siren. Most have about a dozen different “melodies” if you want to identify the door where the alarm was triggered.

Another way to do that is just play the soundclip through your speakers instead, i.e if you have a speaker connected to HA you can use the VLC addon to play each customised one so if front door is breached then you play the one for the front door or just play a general alarm tone, or you can cast it to multiple devices that have the option on the network at the same time if needed as well.

It’s just like when I have a check run on my night latch state if I leave it unlocked when I am in bed for 10-30s via my bed sensor and then it will push out the reminder to my phone.

Interesting - radar based and requiring a power supply.

I would appreciate reports from any who have tried using these integrated sensors instead of comments stating the obvious such as signals failing if WiFi goes down and standalone sirens being available.
