Motion Sensing 3 way smart switch recommendations

My basement lights need three way switches, however I need switches that are motion sensing, can be prevented from coming on regardless of motion at certain times and can be manually controlled to stay on when desired.

I need motion sensing at both switch locations. I currently have two three way motion sensing switches that are wired more like single pole switches, which I know is not ideal. When motion control is disabled on one, it needs to be disabled on both. Manual control at both ends would also be nice but not required.

According to Gemini switches with the abilities I want exist, but do I need two? Whether I need two or just one, are they wired like a normal three way set up or something different?

The actual wiring is not an issue, although I no longer do it I did do electrical work for about 5 years so I know what I am doing there. The problem is I did electrical long before smart devices came along.

I already have Hubspace, SmartLife and Tapo apps, plus Alex, Google and Home Assistant, I’d prefer not have any more. I’d prefer to have Tapo and Smartlife devices.

The easy solution to 2 and 3 way setups is to use the following setup:

Then just add in any PIR or mmWave sensor where you need them for best detection triggers to work consistently.

You can then optionally then grab the wasp in a box blueprint then to control when that should be active you just setup one more automation to say between dawn and dusk disable occupancy switch but between dusk and dawn enable it.
