Motion unlock screen .. no motion turn off screen

Hello folks
I have a display tablet with HA running on it
I would like to have the screen turning off when its camera doesnt detect motion for a while( no pass set) and turns screen back on when motion in the room is detected from its camera…

Any suggestions where to start?
