I'm having an issue with the Motionblinds integration that I do not know how to proceed with.
I have searched around on the internet a lot and also there is no similar issue found in the github or this forum.
I just bought a package of blinds and Motionblinds CMD-02-P motor together with CMD-01 wifi-bridge
The bridge is connected to my wifi and can be controlled by the android application, with the CMD-02-P Motor connected to it.
The only missing piece is to integrate the wifi-bridge to Home Assistant through the Motionblinds device.
When I try to "Add Device" through the Motionblind integration, it asks me for the IP Adres as well as the API key.
Once I enter it, it loads for a while and throws error "Unknown Error Occured".
No other information or options possible.
My HA instance has many devices and integrations working, but I am not an expert. But I have set up a variety of things like speakers, shelly devices, Hue devices, Climate devices etc. Everything runs smooth here.
I do have the HA and the Wifi-Bridge on separate networks, but firewall rules are open and multicast is as well.
Where can I find more logs or get help to troubleshoot this? Thank you!
