Hey everyone! I’ve set up MotionEye on Home Assistant and everything is working fine, but I’m running into a storage issue: I’d like to save recordings to an external location rather than directly on HA.
My setup: HA runs as a VM on Proxmox, on a mini PC. My idea was to install Samba on Proxmox and then configure a Network Share on MotionEye pointing to that folder. Does that make sense as an approach? Has anyone done something similar?
