Thanks for creating the plugin @microd! I noticed in the description on GitHub/HACS that it can be used to control shutters and lights. Does it also work for motorized gates (e.g. Bravo500 with the wifi module)? If so I might add the WiFi module to my gate so I can use your integration.

Also, if installing IR sensors on the gate (MF30), would the integration be able to report the state of these sensors as well? Not sure what’s exposed in the MConnect API, so not sure if that’s even possible.

Hi @tkhome,

I don’t really know - do the gates and IR sensors work in the MConnect app? If so, then “maybe”… but if they are not integrated in the app then almost certainly they will not work.

FWIW, I eventually wrote some code for a ESP32-c6 (zigbee) with a relay that I have wired up to the DoorGate control panel. I can open and close the gate from HA. I can’t open only one leaf, nor can I reverse it before it finishes its current travel, but it at least works.

Thank you. I find the application Mconnect Motorline. I am now blocked with the double Authentification. I receive the code by email but noting in HA.

Do you have a tutorial for that ?

I indeed found the motorline integration in hacs but to finish the integration the credentials o auth 2 and seccret id costumer are being asked. Anyone knows how to get to that?

I’m from the Motorline team. The official MCONNECT integration for Home Assistant is now available.

Installation (HACS)

  1. HACS → Integrations → ⋮ → Custom repositories
  2. Add https://github.com/Motorline/ha-mconnect (category: Integration)
  3. Install Motorline MCONNECT and restart HA
  4. Settings → Devices & Services → Add Integration → MCONNECT
  5. Sign in with your MCONNECT account and pick a home to use with ha

Highlights

  • Real-time updates via MQTT
  • Supports gates, shutters, lights, switches, and scenes
  • 8 languages (en, pt, es, fr, de, pl, ro, hu)

The integration is pending review for the HACS default repository. Until then, add it as a custom repository.
