Moving FGS223 devices from VeraPlus

I am new to Home Assistant, I tried a few years ago to move from VeraPlus but at the end didn’t do it, so I am trying again.
Since most of my devices are inside the walls, it is hard to exclude and include them.
I copied the Z-Wave configuration to my Aeotec 5 stick and most devices were identified correctly, however a few FGS223 devices appears without their control buttons , I tried to re-interview one of them (Node 022), and here is part of the debug information, can anyone identify the issue ? Is there a resolution beside exclude/include ?

Latest firmware?

On the Aeotec stick I am using the latest, for the Fibaro module I am not sure, but in any case OTA is only possible using Fibaro hub which I don’t have.

BTW - is there a way to upload the entire log?

Update:

I had re-interviewed the node but this time selected the clear security. In addition during the interview I press the physical switch.
The interview took longer but after that the control entity appeared and I was able to turn on and off the lights.
