MPD turn on/off removed?

Hi,

The MPD component used to have a ON/OFF switch (button or icon) that appears to have been removed (around version 0.51 probably) for some reason. Only play/pause remains, which is not the same as turn on & turn off.

I’m thinking it could have been changed around this commit.

This is what my MPD component looks like, “?” marks the space where there used to be a on/off button.
