For info
I use myelectricaData for consumptions, mosquito shows data and connection and broadcast to HA via Mqtt.
Also via Mqtt is my EVT800b micro converter in local mode connected.
I tried different ways to use the Data, sensors to make up my Energy Dashboard. Very often there is no data shown at all and when than the numbers are twice times different (so no mathematical error, Wh in kWh, ).
In my apexcard the sames sensors are listed even in the night with different values to the energy Dashboard and states of the developer tools.
I used different approaches via sensors and or templates but nothing worked so far.
I even consulted ChatGPT, but there you are like in the supermarket hundreds of offers and you don’t know which to pick.
You explained your problem to some extent, but did not give any information to us what sensors you have, what you did, what the results were, what you expected. Without that there’s not much any of us can do to help.
Please formt the code properly, as explained in the post I linked before. It should be a preformatted text block (you find it in the editor menu). It is impossible to see if the yaml is correct if the forum mangles the indentation and other things.
One thing I can spot is that you should not use trapezoid for integral sensors. You should use left. If you don’t, you’ll get huge spikes, especially on solar. I know it is counterintuitive, but it is related to how Home Assistant stores information when the value does not change (such as when solar is 0 for a long time during the night).
Sorry for the non proper format.
I’m using my smartphone and here it is, at least for me, to get it right.
I checked the yaml the format there is correct.
I try the left instead of trapooiz.
