MQTT image in notification

I have an image displayed on the front end using https://home-assistant.io/components/camera.mqtt/ and I want to attach this to a telegram notification. I have tried several attempts to attach the image without success.

Should it be something like…?

The simplest way, is just to use the take snapshot service - so you do actually have a file.
