Hi,
got the same problem but now i have solved it. There are two problems that are causing these

  1. Either your mqtt broker is not connected try restarting the machine on which mqtt is running
    or
  2. u are entering wrong broker ip address in the configuration.yaml file

my mqtt broker was connected but i was entering wrong broker ip address in the .yaml file

Sorry never closed the topic. I still don’t know what went wrong but after a complete reinstall every problem with mqtt had been solved.
