Hello everyone, I have a problem, the status close at the top of my Devolo contacts is not recognized = unknown and displayed not correctly, can someone please help me?

Unfortunately, I don’t remember exactly. Go to the sensor and look at the sensors, then add all the sensors to the dashboard. One of the sensors will be it; you have to test it. You can then rename it to something like sensor_state_door_window… (entity id). Good luck.

I just had the same issue and this thread got me on the right track.
For me the solution was to manually enable the “Sensor state (Door/Window)” (binary_sensor.door_window_contact_sensor_state_door_window) entity which is hidden by default.
