I am trying to put together a solution for a 62 unit apartment building. Each unit would have a Raspberry Pi running the lights, locks, etc. The building itself would also be run with a Raspberry Pi or two. The idea is that the building management would be able to access all the Pi’s and tenants would have certain rights; everything in their apartment and exterior doors.
the question is
Can I manage the entire thing from one management software? Any thoughts?
Your choice of lawyers is probably more important than your choice of management software.

I am rather new back at HA but openHAB3 with the remoteopenhab
binding to collect all Items may work.
Either way, neither product is designed for commercial use. There are a few companies that design and support systems using open source software for a fee.
This is not going to be feasible unless you employ a team of people to manage the 62+ instances of Home Assistant.
