The GUI seems to indicate that it is possible to select multiple entities to be affected by light.turn_off and switch.turn_off - however there appears to only be an option to select one entity at a time.
User error? Or is the label misleading?

I was using yaml to switch on multiple entities, but your question motivated me to figure out how to use the GUI. You can enter multiple entities by typing them in separated by a comma it does work.
EG. light.kitchen, light.office, light.garage
