Mushroom Climate Card: temperature step

Hello,

My house is heated with an underfloor heating system. Bathrooms have an additional towel radiator connected to the high temperature circuit of the boiler. I recently exchanged the manual valves on these radiators with Eve Thermo units (Matter/Thread). The leading system is the underfloor system and the towel radiator runs in parallel (valve shuts off if window is open, users are not at home, etc.).

The challenge now is to set the temperature of the radiator to the desired temperature to achieve this. If too high the radiator will heat up the room while the underfloor system closed its valve, if too low it will stay off. Sadly Mushroom climate cards have a precision of 0.5 °C, which is too much too really maintain a stable control.

Is there a possibility to have the temperature setpoint change in 0.1 °C steps? The Generic thermostat has all necessary settings, but I don’t like the look of the horseshoe controllers.

Eve’S firmware is not very intelligent in this respect. You can set an offset temperature - in 0.5 °C stps :frowning:

One possibility could be to use the Generic Thermostat, find the sweet spot and then hide the controller card.

That said, controlling the temperature of an underfloor heating with these +/- buttons is not really meaningful. The rooms change their temperature at 0.1 °C/h. That’s why I keep temperatures mostly flat.
