8gb should give the Pi4 the boost it needs. I have a Pi500 with 8gb and it is lightning fast now rendering dashboards. Compared to my laggy Pi400 with 4gb
Is it allowed to change the auto generated media_player.* entities to media_player.ma_* via HA settings > Devices & Services > Integrations> Music Assistant or will this break Music Assistant?
Changing those is fine.

Just me, or is this what more people are getting today with pages of errors? Canât get anything to play with Youtube Music but my automation announcements and direct voice requests to Google.
YouTube Music probably needs reauth. Go the settings and check.
Okay. Thanks. I donât think I have the patience to do that every time it craps out. Probably just going to remove the integration unless a permanent solution is found since YT Music is the only app I use.
You can deal with that in your prompt just tell the llm to ignore the script for pause resume target the player directlyâŚ

Is anyone else having problems with YouTube Music? Iâve renewed the cookie, restarted the server and PO token, but I can no longer access my music, and when I try to save the provider settings, I get this message:
ERROR: [youtube] xxxxxxxxxxxxxx: Requested format is not available. Use --list-formats for a list of available formats.
The cookie format has changed, maybe thatâs where the problem lies?
EDIT : @ksnax same here and reauth doesnât help.
Yes Google has changed something again. We are waiting for the ytdlp people to push a fix. ETA unknown

Hi, I assume my apple music cookie expired and I was trying to re authenticate it.
According to the docs @ Apple Music - Music Assistant it should be straightforward, I log in to AM, get the cookie and put it in the provider.
But the provider wonât let me update the cookie, and if I clear the music user token it shows a button to authenticate, but it just pops a circle for a split second then does nothing.
I am unable to enter the cookie/token.
Also, there is a musickit token, I am not sure what or how or if that needs update and the documentation does not mention it.
There is an open issue on this.

Iâm sure I read somewhere that Music Assistant was going to add Radio Paradise as a music provider. Looked in the latest release and canât see it - am I imagining it? Radio Paradise would be a great addition!
Only available on the Music Assistant beta branch so far.
If you have installed the beta:
Go to settings â Providers â Press the add-new-provider button â Search for paradise.

Is there any way to incorporate the media players created by the Xantech/Dayton Audio/Sonance Multi-Zone Amps Integration or the Matrio Control Integration? These provide power/volume/source control for the Zones of the Matrix amps such as a Dayton Audio DAX-88. I have a mix of Sonos and Apple speakers, plus the DAX-88 fed by a Sonos Bridge, and it would be nice to unify control under Music Assistant. I know I couldnât cast media directly to the Matrio Zones because of the matrix setup. But simply keeping their input fixed on the Sonos Bridge, I could more or less, sync them up with the rest of my Sonos zones.
