Ok I solved it! Apparently i had a filter under my user profile! And i have a different user account on my phone!
The player is a Sendspin player, HA is not in the audio path, so that won’t work.
This morning my radio stations from TuneIn disappeared from the Radio section of the menu. Only SiriusXM stations were there. Yet… I could go into Menu → Settings → Browse and the TuneIn stations were still there. I confirmed Favorites Only was not selected. V2.8.0rc3 with Home Assistant Add-on.

Is there a way to create automations based on genres, like we actually can do with albums, artists and playlists? Something like media_type: genres?
Is there a way to activate party mode guest access via automation ?
i have to say i’m impressed by how far this has come!
few years back i heard of that addon and was like “i have Lyrion Media Server why would i EVER need this?”
Well turns out Sendspin solved those damn muted seconds in Multiroom audio! The first build on the ESP32 (namely the Louder-ESP32 from Sonocotta) had some stutter but thanks to all those great minds they got fixed.
Overall it works really great.
The only issue that still annoys me is that the Android App always has to load all info for 1.5seconds because it gets killed by Android battery saver and can’t remember what it was playing.
Except from that. I only have positive impressions.
Great work Everyone!
I’m old‑school in how I use MA — AirPlay sinks feeding AVRs, local libraries via Plex, no streaming apps. MA used to be the perfect solution for this workflow.
The recent metadata changes have removed crucial Plex functionality for my use case, including artwork for AirPlay sinks, even though my AVRs display artwork natively without any issue. For setups like mine, this feels like a regression and has genuinely degraded the experience. For example, HA used to be able to see my “now playing” Plex track ratings and play counts via MA. I could update ratings directly from HA, and play counts accumulated exactly as if they were played in Plex. Now I have none of this — and I can’t even see my track artwork!?!?
I’m disappointed because MA went from being an essential part of my system to something I will replace as soon as a suitable alternative appears. I’m not trying to be rude — just clear about the impact these changes have had on users with similar setups.
I hope this can be revisited, because the previous behaviour was excellent.
Disregard. A complete reboot of the home assistant server resolved the nfs issues.
