My house is new just over 2 years old and HA could not find it during the installation process. So I used an address from the adjacent street less than 100 yards away. So things like weather are accurate. Should I have any concerns about not using my own address?

Simple answer - address is only used for location specific calculations like sunset/ sunrise, and weather which don’t need to be within 10km.
The only use I’ve seem for more more accurate location within 100m is if you ever use location tracking for Zone based triggers . These are configured graphically on a map anyway so again the address isn’t that important.

Look in the bottom right of the Leaflet pane - the attribution includes both OpenStreetMap and CARTO meaning the map tiles displayed use OSM data, but what you see is rendered and served by Carto.
There are a few tile providers (Stamen, Thunderforest, etc), but I couldn’t easily see details of how often Carto re-renders / updates their planet files .
Your edits => OSM => OSM Planet file => Carto => Tiles => You
