My devices in Zigbee2QTT are unavailable in Home Assistant

I am new to Ha. I completed the installation and added a sonoff lite ziggbee dongle. I I added mosquitto broker and zigbee2mqtt. I can load apps in ziggbee2mqtt but can’t see them in Ha
