My HA found new Device LED BLE but I cannot add it?

HI!
I’ve got a message from my HA today that there was a new device discovered … cool my zigbee bulb should work now … but it doesn’t
I clieck on configure and then on send … but I get this error here (connection failed)

What can I do or better what am I doing wrong here?

i can connect the device with my cell phone.
but not with HA
