My HASSOS seems to have dissappered and I get a docker daemon error Pi5 install

I’m putting this in Installation as I’m not sure where else to put it. I was checking my Homeassistant last night and all was fine then I did a refresh in the browser and it disappeared, I tried pinging the Raspberry Pi that it’s loaded on and couldn’t reach it, as I had just come back from a stint in a medical centre I was knackered and gave up and figured I’d try again today.
To my surprise I couldn’t reach the machine even after rebooting and restarting the network switch so I’ve hooked the RaspberryPi directly up to a monitor and I can boot the machine but get an “cannot connect to the docker daemon at unix ///var/run/docker.sock” and then it stops booting.
Google says to sudo restart but I get /bin/ash errors about sudo.

If I try to locate any of the HASSOS files they seem to have disappeared unless I’m looking in the wrong directories.

OS is loaded on an SD card, so I’m assuming the card is on the fritz, but before I blow it all away and start again (please tell me I don’t need to do this) I figured I would ask the hive mind if anyone knows how I can restore the HAS goodness.

Tia

I agree the most likely is your SD card failed, but here is the whole troubleshooting guide we point people to.
