Hello! I have just purchased Home Assistant Green, and it seems unable to install or recover the Home Assistant OS, which does not have supervisor capability. I followed the official Home Assistant recovery procedure (with Copilot help), using multiple USB sticks and the correct haos_green-17.1.img.xz image. The Green successfully boots from USB and begins the recovery, but it fails during the internal storage write phase. The LED shows the repeating double-yellow/single-green pattern indefinitely. After a long time out, the device falls back to the old incomplete OS, still missing the supervisor capability. Copilot says the unit should be replaced, but before I di that I wondered if someone here might be able to help, perhaps having experienced something similar?
