My Smart Heaters which were added via Tuya integration are showing in temperature in F degrees and I want find a way to change it C degrees any idea how I get the unit of measurement field?

Is it not available in the entities settings menu? Click the entity and then the cog icon.

It is available in my zigbee sensors.

Look at Settings → System → Home Information and see what the default regional setting is.
