Myvaillant heating energy sensor

I am new to HA. I have used the heating energy sensor from the Myvaillant integration to show the Heat Pump Efficiency. However the value returned is 3.1 which has not changed for 2 weeks. The current value from the Vaillant app is 4.26.

Anyone able to advise please
