I have no idea what I’m doing here, please help. The local address https://homeassistant.local:8123 works on one laptop and not the other. Both are Macs, both on the same wifi network. On the second computer I just get “server not found”
They might nopt be pointing to the same DNS. On the one that doens’t work, try https://###.###.###.###:8123 instead and see if it works - if it does, then both machiones do not have the same network settings. If it still does not work, you probably have a firewall issue or mac/ip based routing rules -

Where ###.###.###.### is the ip address of your HA server. Just in case it was not clear.

This address never worked with my setup, both with a Win10 and a couple of iOS devices. Had to use IP instead.
Later I got a few test setups with different addresses, even have no idea how that “homeassistant.local” name should work in case of several setups.
