Nabu Casa not fetching my account and 'AddonManager.install' blocked from execution, no host internet connection

I was finally able to factory reset my Home Assistant Yellow (full kit, no POE, no SSD added). I have a static IP on my HA, and it matches the static IP I have for my home assistant on my router. I am not running AdGuard.

I was able to install the terminal, but I’m unable to install HACS or File Editor (so I can’t access my config file). I’ve searched and didn’t find a solution for my problem. I’ve disabled IPv6, have the static on IPv4. I’ve tried DNS of the default that was in Yellow, the DNS when I do ipconfig, the DNS of 1.1.1.1, and the DNS from my router.

I don’t know what to try next, plus I’m a noob (I’ve only had HA since January).

I’m currently running:
Home Assistant 2023.5.0
Supervisor 2023.05.dev0201
Operating System 10.1
Frontend 20230503.1 - latest

So obviously I was able to connect to the internet long enough for HA to install and get me the latest non beta version.

I have Nabu Casa. On the setting page, it says “Home Assistant Cloud, logged in and connected”, but when I click on that, it says, “fetching subscription” and “Cloud Connection Status not connected”. I’ve used different browsers with different results.

This started a few days ago. The only thing that I know of that changed, is that I got a new Hue light and was adding it to my Z2MQTT. It added fine, and then Z2MQTT said it needed a software update. The software update never loaded. After that I was no longer able to log into HA. I just got “refused to connect” errors.

I ran into this recently. I removed the static IP from Home Assistant and rebooted it and it started working properly.
