Nabu Casa remote login

I am really having a serious problem logging into Nabu Casa remotely, even though I have paid for a year’s subscription.
I keep getting “Invalid username or password”.
I am using the subscription supplied URL and get the same error on Safari and Chrome, even though I have deleted all browsing history and cookies.

It took a day or 2 for the subscription I signed up for in October to finally work. See if a couple of days will work it out.

Work through that and if you still have an issue open a ticket (bottom of the page).

Also check that your user is not set to “local access only” in settings/people

No, I originally subscribed last November - and it worked for a while. I subsequently got these “Invalid username or password” login errors.
