My HA instance got clobbered. There is a backup in Nabu Casa’s cloud, but I need the encryption KEY! I have no memory of receiving a key. How was it sent, and where does it go?
You get the code from the backup settings in HA. If you did not download it when setting up backups it may be too late now. There is a way to get it from a text file if you still have access to the install drive. Search here for details as I can’t remember how. Maybe someone can tell you how here.
