Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue with my NabuCasa subscription and hope someone here might have had a similar experience or can offer some advice.

I recently changed my payment method from credit card to PayPal. Since then, my subscription is shown as inactive, and I’m being prompted to start a new one — even though my current subscription has already been paid through August.

In my PayPal account, the subscription is still listed as active, which makes the situation even more confusing.

I’ve already contacted support, but unfortunately haven’t received a response yet.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what I can do next?
