NabuCasa Support - still active?

Hi everyone,

does anybody know if nabu casa support is still active?
I have an annual subscription and problems with some entity exposure.

I have written 2 tickets already via support some weeks ago, but no reply at all.
No confirmation mail that my ticket has been raised etc.
So not sure if their support is active…

Try asking in the Home Assistant Discord server Cloud channel.

Got information that my request reached their support and they are working on it :+1:
