Nanoleaf Integration not working anymore

Hi all,

since two days my Nanoleaf Integration is basically gone :slight_smile:
First I realized when i pushed de designated wallswitch to power it on. I checked my entities and it told me that the Nanoleaf entity is dead. Several restarts, backuo rollbacks and updates later it still isnt working via HA. It´s working fine via HomeKit and the Nanoleaf app.

I configured the integration via YAML which looks like this (its an include file so dont wonder the the “Light:” suffix is missing)

  - platform: nanoleaf
    host: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    token: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I deleted the entity in lovelace but also in the YAML file (lights include and in the designated groups aswell)

I´m not able to re-add it. It´s not working via the discovery component and not via above mentioned method.

Anyone an idea why this is the case?

Hi Flo,

I’m sorry for this late response. Has your problem been solved in the meantime?

Controlling your Nanoleaf with the HomeKit integration will be removed in 2021.9, so you will have to use the Nanoleaf integration.

Next time please open an issue on GitHub so the code owners are notified.

No indeed it’s not been solved. The issue is also not with the HK Integration.

What I meant is that I can add the Nanoleaf without any issues to my native HomeKit setup but im not able to implement it via the HA integration into HA.

It stopped working and I can’t add it any longer via the integration. I’ll go to GitHub and explain it there too.
