Is anyone else having problems with adding the 2nd guest account? I keep getting âQR code invalidâ or âUser does not existâ when trying to add the 2nd account in the app.
I tried with a 2nd phone and even tried swapping the accounts that were logged in on each phone, no dice. (Both phones are Android if that matters)
For anyone else having this issue, itâs the phone number at the login screen that has to be the correct country when creating the account, afterwards it doesnât matter. Also it doesnât indicate anywhere after the account is created which country was selected. So you might have to delete the accounts and recreate them if you didnât select the correct country.

Iâve now had this M1 Litter Tray for a couple of days, and it seems to work well just using the phone app.
Iâve installed the integration into HA and get all the required data showing as it should, so it is working using my primary email address - great work guys!! You lot never cease to amaze me! The recognised issue of being kicked out of the phone app when the HA integration is running is also showing up too.
As noted on the Github page for the integration, I set up a second account using the phone app and my secondary email address and went through the full M1 device setup procedure, and all was OK. Logged back into the Neakasa phone app using the first account, and my primary email and then shared that account with the second account (the one using my secondary email) - the phone app seemed to accept it.
Now, when I log into the Neakasa M1 integration in HA using the second account I setup (secondary email address) HA says that the device cannot be found (see attached image)
Iâm sure I must have done something wrong somewhere in this process.
Can anybody offer any suggestions??
