Need a basic card that starts tracking D/H/M since activated

I ferment peppers and other things and would love to have a card that I can add that would take the moment I activated it and then start counting human readable time since the card was added and display that card on the front end. I am not sure I would even need any actions based on time, might want to send a notification when a time threshold is crossed, say 3 weeks and 4 days in for example.

I do not need an input date/time since it should start counting when the card is added.

Has anyone done something like this?

I actually found one that works for me… The early docs posting did not include count up, but the git page does and it works…
