Need help: HASS doesn't boot after power outage

I have HASS on RPI 5. After power outage it stops booting. I can access it using display and keyboard connected directly to RPI. What I was able to dig so far:
after boot I see this:

If I try to ‘core start’, I see

[supervisor.docker.manager] Restarting homeassistant 
[supervisor.homeassistant.core] Wait until Home Assistant is ready
[supervisor.homeassistant.core] Home Assistant has crashed!

How to I recover it? I do not want to lose my configs. I have 3 daily backups made by HASS.

Sounds to me a lot like SD corruption. SD’s are so slow that unexpected power dumps ave a good chance of causing corruption. How to Troubleshoot Raspberry Pi Crashing
