Need help to get back ha

hi,

my first post, because after searching all around web and forum i m still stuck.

let s start from the begginning.
i m using HA since about 3 years and 2 weeks ago i lost everything after something (i m not sure what) maybe HA OS update or a problem with my NAS (i had locked volumes and a ransomeware)
HA was on a linux VM in Virtualization Station (Qnap)
VM still working but not starting (no fs0: in mappin table):

i ve found some posts about this, one sayin to enable secure boot without attempt but i m not able to enable it (the option current secure boot state is blocked on disabled, not sure why) , and not sure this would be the solution:

selecting the hdd UEFI QEMU to boot on also not working:

So i ve created a new VM with the last hass .ovf
i ve started it but the only ha backup is too old (12/2020)
the recents HA backup is on the broken VM (shame on me for not saving backups…) i dont know if it s possible to get access to the files on the Vm cuz it s seems the disk isnt well detected.
i ve tried to load the VM in Virtual Box without better success (no fs0:).
Virtualization Station is generating a .img file but i ve tried to unzip or mount it in windows without success.

i wish i ve been clear and someone could help me.

looks like i will be a part of the no answered hopeless post :frowning:
i ve began a new HA from crash, it s also a chance to rebuild better
But there is still so much work to reconfigure all add on and integrations, the possibility of recuperation of files in the vm would be a great help (or repair boot) if someone has experience with this.

I’m not much help regards to VM’s but my #1 tip is to MAKE BACKUPS! (off device too). ie: use one of the many Add-ons to automatically save your backup on another device / in the cloud. Either that or manually copy your backups to another device regularly.

My HA server crashed 2 days ago but I was lucky enough to have a couple of backups saved to Google Drive.
