I’m trying to follow the instructions on Nabu Casa’s support site:
Scenario 2: You are using the Z-Wave JS UI app (and not the default Z-Wave JS app):
Before starting migration, disable the Z-Wave JS integration: Go to Settings > Devices & services and select the Z-Wave integration. Select the three-dot menu and select Disable.
My problem comes in when I go to disable the integration. Clicking on the 3 dot menu there is no disable for the integration. Any ideas?
It’s there. What do you see instead?
boy do i feel stupid. I was looking at the 3 dot menu in the corner by the ?. When I click on the one by the cog, lo and behold, its there. Thanks for responding and sorry to waste your time.
In your defense, I can see how the instructions are not super obvious if you aren’t familiar with the options available.
problem #2. Did the backup and swapped the adapters. The instructions now say:
" Under Settings > Z-Wave , select the Serial Port for the Home Assistant Connect ZWA-2. Then, select the RF Region and save."
It said No Z-Wave networks configured. Set up the Z-Wave JS integration first. There’s nothing else I can do there. If I go back into the Z-Wave integration there’s Add Hub, but not sure if that’s the right thing to do. Dont want to screw this up. Too many devices and automations to start all over again. Any ideas?
