I have Home Assistant OS Ver. 2025.12.5
It’s running on :
TK Two Mini PC - N150 CPU, Home Assistant Smart Home Hub, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD
With Z-Stick 10 Pro - Zigbee 3.0 & Z-Wave 800 Series USB Adapter

I have connected:
2 T6 Pro thermostats TH6320ZW2007 by Honeywell/
3 SwitchBot Smart Electric Motorized Blinds 1 connected and working 2 more setup soon.
1 Kwikset 914 Traditional Keypad SmartCode Electronic Deadbolt Smart Lock featuring SmartKey Security and ZigBee 3.0
1 Deako light switch.
1 Home Assistant Voice PE
1 S10 Vacuum Switchbot
1 REOLINK Video Doorbell WiFi Camera

What I’m looking for is someone to remote into my system and set it all up.

Fix T6 Thermostates that read the wrong temp. Give me something that I can setup schedules for temp that will give me something I can see and tell what the times are temps are going to be.

Setup my blinds using Blueprint Cover Control Automation (CCA) so my blinds 1 facing East will only open when it’s cold outside but sunny and close when the sun is at Noon or when it’s too hot out to open blinds. and the opposite for the blinds facing West.

Setup Home Assistant Voice PE (not setup but can see) and add Grok to it. I can’t find the file right now on HACK but I want Grok to work on Voice PE. I have a Grok API Key.

Setup Scenes Home, Away, Sleep, Wake Up so that I can use it to do automations.

Seup REOLINK Video Doorbell WiFi Camera to record movement and send to cellphone. Must save recordings to files that auto delete after some time like 3 months.

Setup HA so I can see it outside the network when I’m away. Setup the DuckDNS, or a VPN. Not sure but not working.

Switchbot S-10 is setup in HA but I would like something that will show my schedule and maps.

Setup Mushroom dashboard

Setup HA with all the add-ons Like Z-Wave JS UI, Node-RED Ect… that will help it be more user friendly and just work without a lot of tinkering.

I could get all this done if I had the time but HA has proven to be very Config happy with a learning curve that requires a lot searching and reading.

You will need to get this fixed before someone can remote in to do all the rest. Just sayin :slight_smile:

And when it’s time for updates , re-configuring, troubleshooting ,new devices etc.etc … Hire Someone ?
Id think your better off finding time to read and learn, or simply contact a company which sell a “ready to go solution” Installed, configured and yearly support-subscription

Missed one criteria: bottomless checkbook!

You seem to be aware of most of the issues, something most new users aren’t.

Hint: Turning to AI to help will probably waste a lot if your time.
