Just an FYI I purchased some smart roller shades from Select blinds. The controller that came with it was C-BR300. This controller supports matter after a firmware update. All I had to do was set the blind and controller up in the Neo Blinds app and then I could get the matter code (QR codes are not the matter codes) enter it in home assistant and I have full control of the blinds.
