I bought this Neo Z-Wave siren alarm (NAS-AB02) off of AliExpress, but the directions are not matching reality. When I press the button three times as instructed, the light flashes blue five times not red. I’ve tried various button press patterns and sequences and I’m not able to add this device to my hazwave network.
Anyone experience similar and have any suggestions?
I would suggest first a factory reset and mostly devices come back again in paring mode, or the sequence as stated there.
especially the neo devices tend to require multiple factory resets when pairing is unsuccesful
Turns out AliExpress Seller Support finally got back to me and they sent me the UK version instead of the US version and that’s why it’s not connecting. I will be exchanging it.
