Nest Cam not working with the Picture Elements card

I’ve got myself a new Google Nest Cam (Battery) and find it doesn’t display with the Picture Elements Card. Do I assume this is because it uses WebRTC? (I have a Nest Doorbell which uses RTSP and that displays fine.) Incidently, when I click on the blank image a new pop-up opens with the actual display.

The Picture Elements Card is core to my HA dashboard which is based on a floorplan.

Is this an issue that others have experienced? Is there a solution or a work around?

You have to use local path to the image and not url.
