Nest Integration Control Not Working After HA 2025.4

After I upgraded HA to 2025.4, the Nest Integration Sensors (Humidity and Temperature) are reporting the correct values, however the Controls (Thermostat) is not updating with changes. For instance I can set the Thermostat in HA from Heat-Cool to OFF and this will not be reflected on the Control interface. If I open the actual Nest App, I can see that the Thermostat was actually turned OFF by HA. The Thermostat control GUI was not updated in HA. It still shows the Thermostat as Heat-Cool.

Please advise on how to fix this problem.

I am not seeing the same issues you have described. I tested thermostat changes via the Nest app and the HA integration. Both synced when changes were made via either application.

It appears mine is now working as expected. I am not sure what happened that made it start working so quickly after posting. If this was the work of the developers, my hat’s off to them! Consider this one closed and resolved.
