I get the following error when I follow instructions on the Nest integration: Access blocked: home-assistant.io has not completed the Google verification process. The app is currently being tested, and can only be accessed by developer-approved testers. If you think you should have access, contact the developer. If you are a developer of home-assistant.io, see error details.
Error 403: access_denied
Same here.
Is there anything I can Do. Many thanks!
Update - here’s the solution:
In case it helps the next person… I spent altogether too long trying to make the “OAuth consent screen” page work, but it kept redirecting me elsewhere. In the end I found what I needed on the Audience page, and put my own address in as a test user, then everything worked.
FYI be careful copying and pasting identifiers, I also got stuck for a while because I’d inadvertently copied a string with a space at the end into Google’s device management api page, redoing it fixed that. Trimming whitespace from form submissions sounds like something that was solved in the 90s, but here we are.
